Before you buy
Not sure whether a plan suits your account, or which term is worth it? Ask. We will tell you honestly, including when the cheaper option is the better one.
After an order
Most orders land within 15 minutes. If yours has not arrived within an hour, send us the reference from your confirmation and we will give you an ETA.
Paying by gift card
Gift cards cannot be processed automatically, so they are handled by hand. Place the order choosing gift card at checkout, or open a ticket first, and someone will take you through it.
Hours
Support is staffed around the clock and the typical reply time is under an hour. Delivery runs on the same rhythm, which is why most orders are done inside 15 minutes.
