Refund
policy.
All sales are final, with one exception. If we cannot complete your order, you get every cent back. Here is exactly how that works and what to do when something goes wrong.
The short answer
All sales are final. There is one exception: if we take your order and then cannot deliver it, you get your money back in full.
That is the whole policy. The rest of this page explains why it works that way, and what to do instead when something has gone wrong.
1. When you get a refund
You get a full refund in one case: we accepted your order and then could not complete it on your account. That covers a region we cannot buy in any more, a plan the provider has stopped issuing, and anything else that is our side of the counter.
If that happens we tell you, and you get the full amount back. You do not have to argue for it.
2. When you do not
There is no refund once you have paid and the order has been delivered. That includes changing your mind, buying the wrong length, buying the wrong region, and buying something you already had.
Please make up your mind before purchasing. If you are unsure which plan you need, ask us first. We would much rather talk you out of the wrong purchase than reach this point.
3. Why it works this way
Everything here is a prepaid plan. When you order, we make one real payment at the regional price, using our own prepaid cards, and apply it to your account. That money is spent the moment the upgrade lands. There is no subscription for us to cancel and nothing to claw back.
Crypto payments cannot be reversed either, which is the other half of the same answer.
4. Late is not the same as undelivered
Most orders are done and delivered within 15 minutes. If the region or the payment processor is taking time there may be a delay.
If your order has not arrived within an hour at the outside, open a ticket with your order reference and we will check the ETA. An order that is still moving is not a failed order.
5. Warranty is not a refund
Personal upgrades carry a warranty for the duration you paid for. If something stops working inside that window, open a ticket and we will put it right. Putting it right means restoring what you bought, not returning the money.
If the provider changes its rules or starts banning the prepaid plans we use for personal upgrades, that is outside our control and we cannot be held accountable. It is rare, but it is possible, and we would rather say so here than pretend otherwise.
Warranty on virtual bank accounts applies at the time of purchase only. We are not a payment consultant for any subscription service and we are not responsible for bans or restoration on third-party platforms.
6. The one thing that voids an order
Some products need the account the plan should go on, and the product page says so before you pay. There must be no active subscription on that account at the time of purchase. If there is, the upgrade cannot be applied, and that is not a delivery failure on our side.
Give us accurate details at checkout. Your email and Discord username are what we use to deliver, and wrong details are the most common reason an order sits waiting.
7. How to ask
Open a ticket in our support server with your order reference. Support is available around the clock and typical reply time is under an hour.
If your case is the one in section 1, say so and we will refund it. If it is not, we will tell you plainly what we can do instead, which is usually a repair under warranty.
